This option should be a last resort in my opinion. If you have lost significant hair to the point where a hair transplant isn't viable for whatever reason, or 5ARi gave you unbearable side effects (I highly doubt it), or you found this place a little too late and are already full bald. If you are any of those people, hair system is for you.

So first of all it his highly customisable. The hair colour is matched with the hair on the side of your head, the texture is matched to that of your natural hair (or you can chose whatever texture you want) and the density is also chosen to be age appropriate and match the density on the side of your head. Attachment methods
There are multiple ways it can be attached to your head. You will have to decide the best method for you based on your life style. There are two main ways to attach a hair ststem. Either via tape or glue. A combination of both can also be used.
Tape vs glue vs hybrid
Glue is beneficial since it has a longer hold in comparison to tape, which means that you will need less frequent maintenance and will be able to withstand hotter and more sweaty environments. Glue also spreads very thin so it is idea for the hairline region where you want the hair system to be completely undetectable. The downside of glue is that when it comes to maintenance it is going to be harder, and messier to take off since it is going to requires adhesive solvents. The glue can also irritate the skin. When it comes to applying new glue during your maintenance it will also be a messy process. This is why tape only may be a good idea if you are doing your own maintenance and not going in to get it done professionally every 2-3 weeks. Tape is great for quick applications, and also good for full systems where the whole scalp is covered, not just a part of it. It is also good if the glue irritated your scalp. The hybrid approach is where glue is used on the hairline and tape is used everywhere else. This would be ideal for quick application during maintenance and making sure the hair line is undetectable and looks real.
