This is an extremely underrated point. Testosterone and other androgens affect your RBC (red blood cell count) through erythropoietin, increasing those systemic androgens will result in a more reddish look.
Aesthetics
You can expect the following changes skin-wise.
Enhanced collagen
Testosterone actually upregulates your endogenous collagen synthesis. This only happens when combined with a 5ARI though, as DHT and androgenic hormones reduce your elastin and collagen directly.
Sebum and Oil Production
This is another side effect of not using a 5ARI along testosterone. You ideally want to nuke DHT to achieve moderate sebum production, as this actively results in acne.
Advice
Consult with your doctor first before playing around with your hormones, including TRT (testosterone replacement therapy).
Once you've done that, the ideal protocol would be using a dosage of 200-300mg testosterone weekly along dutasteride. Dutasteride is superior to finasteride even in terms of side effect profile, so no reason to LDAR and use finasteride.
