Your clavicles continue growing until atleast 25 years of age.

Keeping your growth plates open

First of all, you shouldn't let the clavicle growth plates close. The later they close the greater the growth potential is.

Don't let the growth plates close under all circumstances.


How do we do that?

It's pretty simple, just take an aromatase inhibitor (AI).

Preferably Aromasin as it is the ideal choice for our purpose.


The same with any other growth plate. Just keep them all open theory.


Dosages

Take 12.5mg daily if natty.

Else if enhanced try to keep E2 (Estradiol) in the middle to low range. Nuking your E2 to ground is low IQ on the other hand.


Androgens for growth

Get the testosterone. It mediates most of the bone growth and development all over the body including the clavicles.

Take testosterone during puberty or LDAR.


Dosages

You should aim for 300-500mg of testosterone per week. The latter will cause more conversion into 5AR and aromatase, adjust your 5ARI and AI usage around that.

I wouldn't advise taking a 5ARI during puberty as DHT is important for penile growth. To control acne I would recommend using Isotretinoin.

Isotretinoin won't result in growth arrest.

If you are above the age of 10 you won't get your growth plates nuked with isotretinoin. If you are still scared that it might affect your growth potential, stick with low dosages around 10-20mg ed (every day).


Other pathways

HGH monotherapy alone can improve your growth potential drastically.

6-8IUs every day over many months would grow your clavicles a lot. The only thing you have to look out for is insulin sensitivity and other side effects.

Getting side effects is pretty rare though, don't fearmonger yourself.


Because we don't want to miss our chances we are going to add IGF-1 LR3 into the mix.

20-50mcg every day will work synergistically with the GH.


Now lets get to some water stuff:

  1. Eat a balanced and non-processed diet. Underestimated point, many people will never know how it is eating clean for many months on end.
  2. Get all your minerals and vitamins in through your diet or supplements. Vitamin D and K2 are important for our purpose.
  3. Fucking sleep a lot. 8-10 hours every day or you aren't even trying to grow your clavicles.
