Hardmaxxing options

There are many surgeries to improve the aesthetics of the frontal bone and browridge. This thread will decipher a few of them.

This thread covers the following:

Fillers

As you may know fillers migrate. That is one of the reasons no one should get fillers. All the bad "surgery transformations" are basically just filler transformations.

Injecting fillers in the frontal bone is extremely dangerous especially considering there are many glands the filler could clog up.

Don't get fillers.

Fillers won't result in that "bony look" many people try to achieve.

Fat grafting

For UEE (upper eyelid exposure) reduction sure. This is really not an option to improve bone projection though.

Fillers and fat grafting are to compensate for soft tissue and not bones. Using them for that purpose nonetheless is retarded.

Types of implants

Browridge implants

Implants are the best option to compensate for lacking bones.

As you can see the browridge implants used in this case also resulted in full hooding. The shape of the frontal bone is also straighter.

The CT scan below is from a different surgery.

The implant won't result in full hooding like the result above. If you try to achieve hooding with implants, you need saddled ones.

More about that topic below.

Saddled supraorbital implants

These implants can ascend your whole eye area and bring it to the next level.

The pictures below are from the post-OP meaning there is still a lot of swelling. After weeks or months it will improve and look better.

Combine these implants with infraorbital-malar implants and you have created your own new identity just like the individual below.

If you aren't thinking about hardmaxxing, what are you doing?

Hardmaxxing is the only non-cope way to ascend permanently.
