Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor antagonist.

Blocking that receptor means you can effectively reduce your blood pressure directly.
Apart from that you can improve:
- Insulin sensitivity: Improves your bodys ability to respond to insulin.
- Kidney function: Protects the kidneys from a high protein intake and other stressing factors.
- left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH): Additionally keeps your heart from enlarging and reverses LVH, making your heart work more efficiently.
- Improves lipids: Increases HDL and decreases LDL.
- Boost PPAR-γ activity: Improves all aspects of your body basically.
Especially when doing high-dose androgen cycles this can be a useful tool to manage your blood pressure and prevent any different issues.
Dosages
An usual dosage ranges between 40mg (only deployed for elevated blood pressure) and 20mg. The latter is better if you aren't on a high-dose cycle and just want the other benefits. Take it in the morning. It has a long half-life, so keep that in mind for the dosage you want to deploy.
